In the early 70s, Loris was a vibrant socialite on Beirut’s Pasteur Street, known for her elegance and exceptional cooking. When war broke out, she disappeared without a trace, leaving behind memories of her charm and talent. Decades later, rumours of her fate persist—some say she moved to Africa, others believe she devoted herself to charity. Her story remains a mystery, echoed through the flavors of her unforgettable dishes.
