On the evening of Sunday, October 2, 2022, Zeoof Real Estate Investment & Development signed a strategic partnership agreement with Al Saedan Real Estate to establish a specialized company for premium real estate projects under the name “Hader.”
The signing ceremony was attended by Mr. Mishal Al-Saif, CEO of Zeoof Group, and Mr. Sultan bin Khudair, CEO of Al Saedan Real Estate, along with general managers from both companies.
This partnership aims to develop high-quality real estate projects across various regions of the Kingdom, creating new and innovative opportunities to support the national economy, drive urban development, generate new job opportunities for Saudi youth, and open new business markets to diversify income sources and expand the production base in alignment with Saudi Vision 2030.
The new projects will include a diverse range of commercial and investment developments, featuring entertainment complexes, restaurants, offices, showrooms, and several other ventures.
